Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with media agency on regular media optimizations that align to marketing strategies in digital, social & search channels
- Lead deployment of DTC media strategy and budget to deliver new customer acquisition goals
- Collaborate with data science teams to develop build data drive audiences, digital audience strategies and partner with media agency to execute media plans against audiences
- Partner with media agency to integrate new AI ad technology into media campaigns
- Build and execute media tests to optimize audience targeting, creative and campaign setup
- Manage SEO agency to implement SEO optimizations and new content that align to marketing objectives, and manage internal stakeholders to implement SEO strategies
- Collaborate with Analytics & Insights teams to deliver ongoing media reports to share-out to the broader organization and implement learnings
- Collaborate with eTail and Customer Marketing teams on media plans and learnings to drive synergy across marketing campaigns
Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
Experience: 6+ years of experience in media role
Knowledges/Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in using media platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Instacart
- Knowledge of web analytics tools like GA4 and Shopify to analyze media/channel performance
- Competency of media measurement studies such as media mix modeling, sales lift, brand lift
- Knowledge of SEO tools like SEM Rush
- Understanding of media planning, forecasting and making media optimizations through applied experience
- Experience with leading management of agency teams
- Strong communication skills to interact with agency teams, media vendors and cross-functional teams
- Ability to consistently communicate in a clear and timely manner
Physical Requirements: General office environment, ability to sit for long periods of time. Ability to move about an office.
Location: This role is hybrid, 2 days at home and 3 days in the office.
Environment: Exposure to disagreeable elements is low.
Safety: The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely without endangering the health or safety of self or others.
Supervisory Responsibility: The incumbent has no direct supervisory responsibility.

$128,228.00 - $192,290.00This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
