The California HR Excellence Awards are sponsored by HR.com, the largest social network for HR professionals and the foremost, trusted industry resource for education, career development and compliance. These awards observe the leadership, service, innovation, support and principle that continuously drive the HR industry forward; recognize companies and individuals across all areas of HR; and celebrate successes in HR.
Pharmavite received the “Best Culture Initiative” for Embark, our innovative new hire orientation program which immerses new employees in our business and aligns them with our Purpose and Operating Values.
Pharmavite’s Catalyst program earned the “Best Learning and Development Program” award. Catalyst is a unique 10-month intensive leadership development program designed to strengthen our leadership pipeline and retain critical talent needed for Pharmavite’s business and transformation.
We were also awarded the “Best COVID-19 Employee Support Initiative,” for amplifying our ongoing commitment to the health, well-being, and safety of employees and their families through new tools and benefits, enhanced safety and sanitation protocols, onsite vaccine clinics, among others. Our ongoing efforts during the pandemic reflect our belief that Pharmavite’s purpose of bringing the gift of health to life starts with our employees.
These awards validate the hard work and dedication the entire HR team has put into helping our employees thrive by creating a suite of development programs that give them opportunity to grow and learn from industry pioneers and develop in the ways they want to.
