Jeff assumed the role of CEO in August 2017. He is an accomplished executive with extensive CPG and global experience. Most recently, he was CEO of Beech-Nut Nutrition where he led the reinvention of their baby food business. His career spans numerous well-regarded companies, including Abbott, Nestle, and Procter & Gamble. Globally, his general management and brand responsibilities have encompassed 40+ countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University, and received a Master of Business Administration from Duke University.

Working in a highly regulated and extremely competitive industry requires a strong, nimble legal team that can fight on multiple fronts to do what’s right for the company and consumers.

As Vice-President and Counsel, Legal Affairs for Pharmavite, Christine has responsibility for Legal and Government Affairs. Christine has been a practicing attorney for over 35 years of which more than 15 years have been with Pharmavite. She is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel of America.

Christine has been a partner and of counsel at a leading law firm, and has handled significant mergers and acquisitions, major securities filings, private placements and numerous business matters.

Christine received her B.S. in Biology and B.A. in Chemistry from the University of California at Irvine. She received her J.D. from Stanford University Law School.

Tobe Cohen is the EVP & President, Specialty Brands for Pharmavite. In this role he leads Pharmavite’s portfolio of high growth brands in women’s health (Bonafide Health, Uqora, Equelle), and the natural channel (MegaFood), driving growth and enabling them to move quickly and reach consumers in new and impactful ways.

Tobe has 20+ years of experience leading science-based innovation, strategy, operations, manufacturing and sales teams for global companies, including Procter & Gamble, Abbott Nutrition, and Segway. Most recently, he was President of DSM North America, where he leveraged his expertise in leading-edge technology, science, innovation, and operations.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tulane University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University.

Jennifer has a 20+-year career as a successful human resource professional, having worked at an impressive mix of companies of all sizes. She most recently held the position of Divisional Vice President, Talent & Organization at Pharmavite, where she designed and implemented our key talent management, leadership development, recruiting, onboarding and wellness programs, as well as our diversity and belonging strategy. As CHRO, Jennifer leads all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, total rewards, talent and organization development, business partnering and employee relations, and people operations. Prior to Pharmavite, she was an independent consultant providing advisory services to clients spanning start-up, biotech, contract manufacturing, and dietary supplements businesses, and has also held Vice President roles at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and AbbVie. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from Miami University.

Bryan oversees all sales-related functions for Pharmavite. Prior to his promotion in 2019, Bryan managed Pharmavite’s Costco relationship both domestically and internationally.

Bryan has a deep background in driving growth for VMS brands across a wide range of channels including FDM, C-Store, Natural, and e-commerce. Before joining Pharmavite, he was the Director of Sales of Balchem-Albion Minerals' Human Nutrition division, the VP of Sales for RB/Schiff Nutrition International, and Acosta.

Pharmavite’s world class supply chain is run by the sharpest business leaders in our industry, singularly focused on sourcing the very best ingredients from around the world so that our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the United States can create the highest quality vitamins and supplements to help consumers lead healthy lives.

Ray is a 30+ year CPG veteran with vast experience across manufacturing, supply chain, strategy, sales and operations, integrated business planning and IT. He was most recently VP of operations and supply chain at Welch’s, where he has held numerous positions over the past 17 years. He has also had executive roles at Dean Foods, Kraft Foods and Beech-Nut Nutrition.

Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Dairy Technology from the University of Vermont and attended Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business for Management Development.

Rhonda brings 20 years of experience leading marketing strategies at major CPG and healthcare companies, including Cardinal Health, Abbott Nutrition and P&G. Most recently, she was CMO at Elanco Animal Health, where she held global responsibility for a multibillion dollar portfolio. As CMO at Pharmavite, Rhonda oversees all marketing efforts, including brand marketing, consumer insights, advertising and organization development.

Rhonda received a Master in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.

The Finance team at Pharmavite is set up to be true partners to all of the other functions. We’re not sitting back reviewing numbers, we’re playing an active role in making decisions that empower the business and ensure that we can fulfil our mission to consumers for many years to come.

Jerome joins Pharmavite with 20+ years of finance, business planning and operations experience within the nutrition consumer goods industry. He has held various leading finance-related positions with both global consumer companies, such as Danone, Unilever and PepsiCo as well as several high growth healthy life-style start-ups. Most recently, he was CFO at PepsiCo for Naked Juice, and later led the Global PepsiCo Venturing Group as Managing Director.

Jerome received Master of Finance and Strategy and Master of Management Sciences degrees from Dauphine University in Paris, France.

Alan oversees Corporate Communications for Pharmavite which includes public relations, influencer outreach and all internal communications. Prior to joining the company, Alan served as Vice President of Communications and Social Media at FreshDirect, the leading online grocery delivery company in the Northeast. Before that role he was Senior Director of Corporate Communications for Barnes & Noble, Inc., managing internal and external communications for the company’s retail bookstores and the NOOK® digital reading platform.

Alan received a Bachelor degree in Journalism from Boston University and a Master degree in Strategic Communications at Columbia University.
